FEB 7: Pro Surfer Todd Holland Drops By The Studio, Pro Skater Lea Taylor Calls From Cali

Kevin Sutton Show - Todd Holland 1

On, Friday, Feb. 7 edition of the Kevin Sutton Show, our in-studio guest will be pro surfer Todd Holland. But that’s not all – there’s more. So much more.

We will also have a call-in from Huntington Beach, CA from 17-year old skateboard sensation Lea Taylor who is also big into surfing at the competitive level. Read more about Taylor below.

With all that surfing going on with our guests, I guess you could say that it is “surf’s up” for tonight’s Kevin Sutton Show. We’ll hand ten and then we’ll bang ten, switching gears and doing the grind skateboard style.

Todd Holland – Pro Surfer

Todd Holland was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and moved to Cocoa Beach with his family at age 11.

In the early years he competed directly against local surfer Sean Slater (Kelly Slater’s brother) in Cocoa Beach, but reached his highest professional level in 1990-’91 when he won the OP Pro in Huntington Beach California.

He moved up to as high as being ranked #8, in the World Pro Rankings. He currently runs the School of Surf in Cocoa Beach and still surfs almost every day.
